May 10, 2011 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- RDP Hospitality Group, LLC, (RDP) a leading hospitality services company announced today that it has reached an agreement with Artfest International, Inc. (OTCQB: ARTS) to acquire the majority of RDP's interest in Real Estate TV Interactive, LLC.
Real Estate TV Interactive, LLC is a network focused on production of real estate interactive content and features with the network providing the first network focused in the IP Global TV and hospitality markets. RDP will remain active with the network as a minority owner and will provide consulting to Artfest International in content creation geared for the hospitality industry as part of the deal reached. Artfest International is to start immediately providing full-scale production for the network. The network will begin producing programming to be provided to hotel guests as a real estate tutorial for commercial research or for browsing local, regional and national real estate listings. The network is set to launch this summer in hotels around the country as part of the new GBCBlue and Suitelinq REV-PAK revenue production systems. The new system provides revenues to properties by hosting the first ever national real estate television network. RETVi is the first network to reach a critical-mass of travelers through business centers, in-room television and mobile distribution. The network is to be provided as a new advanced guests resource. Real Estate TV Interactive is anticipated to reach millions of daily travelers focused on relocation services and used as a central free-to-guest resource for consumers researching real estate products and services.
