Company Encourages All Shareholders to Attend DALLAS, TX - (08/05/10) - Artfest International, Inc. (OTC.BB:ARTS - News) is pleased to announce that the Company will host an open house to launch its Artchannel subsidiary's new season. The open house will be held on Saturday Aug 21st, 2010. Artchannel will introduce its new Marketing PR Firm and An Advertising Agency, Artfest Television commercials and Infomercials and will announce the new and expanded TV distribution as well as its new Fall Schedule. |

Art Channel TV to Operate out of Maximedia Studios in Dallas DALLAS, TX - (08/02/10) - Artfest International, Inc. (OTC.BB:ARTS - News) is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Art Channel TV has moved its production, master control and broadcast operations to Maximedia Studios. Maximedia is one of the leading television and recording production facilities in the Dallas area. Art Channel TV will now be operating out of a 33,000 square foot facility, which will help meet the future demands as the Company is in various stages of production of various projects such as "Thomas Kindkade's Impressions of Israel Collection" and "Rhupert TV." Artfest Direct to Provide Accompanying DVD Along With the Nine Piece Collection DALLAS, TX - (07/06/10) - Artfest International, Inc., (OTC.BB:ARTS - News) is pleased to announce that the company's subsidiary Artfest Direct has signed a distribution agreement, where Artfest Direct will launch exclusively on its website the nine piece collection, "Inspiration of Israel," by world renowned artist Thomas Kinkade.
