Annual Shareholders Meeting - December 28, 2009 |

The Artfest Annual Shareholders Meeting on December 28, 2009 at its 52,000 square foot Artfest Expo Center in Dallas, Texas, was a great success! CEO Edward Vakser recapped 2009 milestones including record revenues; outlined Artfest's strategic plan for revenue ramp up and growing cash flow. Artfest proudly presented Pat Payton's newest release, "A Fireman's Prayer," a custom-framed limited-edition signed print to three local Dallas-area Fire Chief to honor their firefighters’ commitment and service to the community. After the official business of the annual meeting, Artfest hosted a cocktail reception, followed by a special dinner for shareholders. Artfest would like to thank everyone that was able to attend and a special thank you to all of you that helped make this a memorable event.

Thank you for making the Art Channel Galleries Special Open House a Great event! See you at the next one! 2010 Game Plan and New Announcements were made. The event featured our new artist Pat Payton with the unveiling of his "A Cowboy's Prayer" and "A Fireman's Prayer". Also a special unveiling of Donna Collins' "Prayers for Peace" Plate Collection.
